This posting represents different full-time Product Designer roles across Meta.

Role Overview

As a Product Designer at Meta, you will play a central role in building valuable, easy-to-use, and high-craft technologies. You’ll contribute throughout the product lifecycle — from early concept exploration to final pixel polish before launch.

You’ll apply product, interaction, and visual design skills while contributing to strategic decisions alongside product and executive partners.

Product Designer Responsibilities

• Transform broad, conceptual ideas into useful experiences for billions of users.
• Design flows that simplify complex interactions into intuitive interfaces.
• Create new experiences and evolve visual systems.
• Contribute to strategic product direction decisions.
• Give and solicit feedback to continuously improve quality.
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists from conception to launch.
• Present work clearly and succinctly to cross-functional teams and leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years designing complex software products focused on UX, interaction, and visual design.
• Experience conducting advanced usability testing and gathering stakeholder feedback.
• Experience developing and implementing design strategies and presenting to executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency in prototyping tools and building high-fidelity prototypes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience connecting work across related initiatives to drive collaboration.
• Demonstrated leadership beyond product execution, such as mentorship or strengthening team culture.

Compensation

$139,000 – $199,000 per year + bonus + equity + benefits

Compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Base salary does not include bonus, equity, or other incentives.
