About the role
We are looking for a Specialist UX Designer for our growing team!
In this role, you’ll use a human-centered approach to improve our services and experiences. You’re skilled in facilitation, research, and strategy, and you simplify complex problems to create delightful omnichannel experiences for both customers and employees.
You will lead the design process from discovery to delivery, working closely with users and stakeholders to understand problems, develop insights, and co-create solutions. Your work will shape strategy and ensure organizational alignment and knowledge transfer, transforming our products and experiences.

What you'll do here:
• Inform our strategy and innovation efforts by providing insights into the needs of our customers and business - obtained through qualitative, quantitative and market research.
• Synthesize data from multiple sources, translating research insights into actionable recommendations and creative design solutions.
• Develop compelling stories and visual elements to communicate ideas, secure stakeholder buy-in and inspire teams at all levels, from peers to executives.
• Produce CX/UX artifacts such as customer journeys, user flows, wireframes and service blueprints.
• Collaborate with the user research team to uncover research needs and plan research activities.
• Design and facilitate co-creation workshops.
• Assist in user research activities such as interviews, focus groups, usability tests, diary studies, etc.
• Develop prototypes to test and validate solutions.
• Create clear solution development plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Lead stakeholders and customers through the innovation journey.
• Advocate for customer-centricity throughout the organization.
What you bring to the table:
• At least 8 years of experience in creating excellent digital solutions.
• A portfolio showcasing your process in delivering user-centered design solutions.
• Strategic thinking and ability to connect business and user needs.
• Expertise in usability, user-centered design, and design thinking.
• Expertise in facilitation, design research, and strategy.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and guide others.
• Ability to present ideas to senior management.
• Mastery of design tools (e.g. Figma).
• Bilingualism (French and English).
• No Canadian work experience required but must be eligible to work in Canada.
