Why This Role

This Senior Product Manager role will lead product for a new team inside our Flagship Group, accelerating Luxury Presence’s shift to an AI-powered real estate growth platform.

Flagship owns the core technology behind our business — including our real estate websites and foundational platform capabilities that power Presence. This includes website creation, CRM integrations, buyer and seller presentation tools, and more.

You will own strategy, roadmap, execution, and rollout for high-impact, high-complexity initiatives — including new offerings and improvements to existing solutions. Working closely with design and AI-equipped engineers, you’ll shape the core product relied on daily by customers and internal teams.

What You’ll Do

• Own and drive a roadmap that increases customer value, raises product quality, and reduces friction across Presence.
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear plans with defined scope, milestones, value, and metrics.
• Lead customer and internal discovery to validate problems, test solutions, and de-risk early.
• Write crisp PRDs, roadmaps, and decision documents that align stakeholders.
• Sequence work for iterative delivery and rapid learning.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to ship reliable, intuitive, and delightful experiences.
• Define and analyze success metrics to guide future product investments.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2–3 years leading large 0→1 or major revamp initiatives.
• Startup mindset — thrives in ambiguity, finds MVP paths quickly, balances speed and quality.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Technical product experience, including integrations and APIs.
• Strong passion for quality and attention to detail in user experience.
• Fluent in AI tools and capable of leveraging AI to multiply impact.

Nice to Haves

• Experience building AI-powered products (agentic workflows, LLM selection, prompt engineering, evaluation systems).
• Familiarity with the real estate industry.
