As a Staff Product Designer, you will:
• Shape how Jerry looks, feels, and works at scale
• Lead 0→1 initiatives
• Elevate product quality and craft
• Influence brand and storytelling through design
• Define what “great design” means at Jerry

Your work will impact millions of users and set the design standard for years to come.

What You’ll Work On
• Lead design across Jerry’s core offerings (insurance, safety, repairs, and more)
• Ship 0→1 features that modernize car care
• Translate research and data insights into impactful experiences
• Design frictionless flows that increase engagement and retention
• Build and evolve Jerry’s design system for consistency and scalability
• Thoughtfully apply AI to personalize and simplify the experience
• Raise the bar for UX and visual craft

Who You’ll Work With
You’ll collaborate directly with:

• Kruise Sapstein – Head of Design, building a high-craft design culture
• Art Agrawal – CEO & Head of Product, shaping company strategy
• Product organization including 11 PMs, 55 engineers, and 12 analysts/data scientists

This is not a siloed design role — you’ll work closely with leadership and shape product direction at the highest level.

What We’re Looking For
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design and thoughtful UX
• 12+ years of product design experience (agency or in-house)
• Experience across mobile and web consumer products at scale
• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end (research → concept → launch → iteration)
• Experience building and evolving design systems
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
