• Design and improve user interfaces for our website and various customer-facing and internal-facing applications to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Collaborate with brand managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather and understand requirements and design specifications.
• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for various digital platforms.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback to refine designs.
• Ensure consistency in visual elements and define behavior for user interactions.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure that design specifications are implemented.
• Stay abreast of UX trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds.
• Understand and incorporate complexities of cross-platform design for mobile, desktop, and other devices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in the manufacturing or architectural sectors.
• Proficient in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and InVision.
• Strong portfolio of design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms such as desktop and mobile.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate your design decisions.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design required
• Must be able to demonstrate UX knowledge and expertise upon interviewing by showcasing previous work and experiments
