Drive Social Media seeks a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences and interfaces for our websites, leveraging platforms such as Duda and WordPress, as well as ancillary services integrated into our customer websites. This role requires a creative mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, software engineers, and marketing professionals, to understand user needs and translate them into effective designs.
Design and prototype user interfaces that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to propose design solutions.
Ensure designs are consistent with our marketing partner’s brand identity and design guidelines.
Work closely with the development team to successfully hand off projects and ensure your vision reaches the finished product.
Lead pertinent approval and milestone meetings to get approval on your tasks.
Conduct user research and testing to validate designs and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
Provide peer-level mentorship to Junior Designers in the ecosystem.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
5+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on web and mobile applications
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects
Experience with design software such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for creating innovative and user-centric designs

Pay Range: $70,000 – $90,000 per hour
