UI/UX Designer for CRO Agency
Full Job Description
I run a CRO brand where I help clients with website optimization consulting, UI/UX design, development, and on-going A/B testing. I am looking to hire a UI/UX Designer that I can kick-start a long-term relationship with. This is expected to be a full-time position and we are looking for someone located within the USA. I’m not interested if you are part of an agency.
On a daily basis my clients need website and landing page designs that are usually based on CRO ideas we’ve already presented them with. So, I am looking for someone that is great at website/landing page design and who understands best practices when it comes to offering an optimal user experiences. Most of my clients are in the ECOMM and SAAS domains so you must have experience with those industries.
Qualifications
– Proven experience in UI/UX design for ECOM and SAAS websites
– Strong proficiency in Digital design, Interaction design, and Web design
– Familiarity with Figma
– Knowledge of Conversion optimization principles
– Experience working with ECOMM and SAAS brands
– Familiarity with tools like Slack and Monday.com for collaboration
– Ability to be client-facing depending on project requirements
– Familiarity with designing using component libraries for speedy design-delivery
– Working knowledge of WordPress and Shopify (plus, but not required)
