UI/UX Designer

In 2018, iHealth launched its Unified Care program to address the issue of managing chronic diseases. Unified Care specialists support patients at home between doctor’s appointments with remote patient monitoring (RPM) and chronic care management (CCM) to achieve better health outcomes.

In November 2021, iHealth’s COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test received Emergency Use Authorization from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for over-the-counter sales. Since then, iHealth has become a key supplier of at-home COVID tests to the federal government, state governments, nonprofits, and individual consumers.

We are hiring a UI/UX Designer to join our team to create intuitive interactions between our products and end users.

Job Description: 

  • Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations. Utilize findings to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.

  • Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes based on the research and design requirements to visualize and communicate design concepts and interactions.

  • Design beautiful, intuitive user interfaces that align with our brand identity and enhance user engagement.

  • Develop high-fidelity mockups and design assets for web and mobile applications.

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other experienced designers to create compelling interactive experiences. Effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to cross-functional teams.

  • Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and data analysis. Continuously improve and refine design to enhance usability and user satisfaction.

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across products.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices. Share knowledge and insights with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

  • Other product or design-related duties assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UI/UX design, Motion design, or a related design/behavioral science discipline. A Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Be able to accomplish work using Figma and Adobe Suite.

  • Prior experience or project work in UI/UX Design.

  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize and multi-task with constant moving parts.

  • Communicate effectively with the team and be able to collaborate with engineers and stakeholders.

  • Experience with graphic design, motion design, and advanced prototyping are bonus points.
