Job Title: UI/UX Designer Lead
Job Location: Chicago, IL
Job Description: We are seeking a Lead UI/UX Designer to join they at Schaumburg NA HQ, working on a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with product managers and engineers to capture and assess user requirements.
• Visualizing design concepts through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Developing interactive page navigation elements and search fields to improve user engagement.
• Creating high-fidelity UI mockups and prototypes to showcase site functionality and aesthetics.
• Generating original graphic designs such as images, sketches, and tables to enrich user interfaces.
• Communicating drafts to internal teams and stakeholders, incorporating feedback for refinement.
• Adjusting layouts based on user feedback to optimize user experience.
• Upholding style standards regarding fonts, colors, and images.

Required Skills:

• Demonstrable experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a validated portfolio showcasing relevant design projects.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Superb communication and presentation skills, with the ability to successfully articulate design concepts and rationale.
• Familiarity with front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
