Role

We are seeking a talented and empathetic UX Designer to join our team and help create exceptional user experiences across our platform. As a UX Owner, you will collaborate across the Product/Engineering, and all of the company to transform complex challenges into intuitive, accessible, and delightful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

– Lead the UX design process including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
– Create user flows, journey maps, and information architecture diagrams
– Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability studies to gather qualitative and quantitative data
– Develop personas and scenarios to help guide design decisions and maintain user-centered focus
– Present design concepts to stakeholders and effectively communicate design rationale
– Own the design system, be responsible for the content, controls, and processes behind it.
– Own the UI in both staging and production environments

Required Qualifications

– 3+ years of UX experience in a technology company
– 1+ years using figma to convey design to front end devs.
– Experience with design systems and component libraries
– High attention to detail at the pixel level
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively across all levels

$65,000 – $75,000 a year
