UI / UX Designer General Designer

● Mid-level designer working part-time for 6 months
● Role will assist in priority projects in the HCM area
● Will work under the direction of a Lead designer and/or a Design Manager
● Design work will require understanding of complex use cases and user flows while applying UX best-practices to create intuitive user experiences
● Designer responsibilities:

○ Build out requirements using DRD’s
○ Plan and track work using Jira while working in 2-week sprints
○ Provide low to medium design assets as required per project
○ Works closely with PMs and Development resources to refine designs and solutions
○ Collaborates with the design team to get all pending work reviewed prior to hand-off
○ Communicates updates and status frequently to stakeholders and design leadership throughout the sprint
