We are seeking a UI/UX Designer who is passionate about education and driven to create intuitive, inclusive, and delightful user experiences. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and love designing for a purpose, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

* Collaborate with instructional designers, software developers and layout specialist to create engaging interactive digital media modules that brings educational content to life
* Design layouts and graphics that appeal visually and communicate with clarity.
* Design graphic UI/UX elements and web components based on specs.
* Develop high level and/or detailed storyboards, mock-ups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
* Create and nurture a continuous link with the dev teams for each project.
* Incorporate constructive feedback from stakeholders into designs.

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design (experience in EdTech or related industries is a plus).
* Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
* Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, problem-solving, and product thinking.
* Experience conducting or interpreting user research and usability testing.
* Understanding of responsive design, web/mobile design patterns, and accessibility standards.
* Excellent communication and experience working with cross-functional teams effectively.
* Ability to balance creative thinking with time management and excellent interpersonal skills.
* A genuine enthusiasm for education would be fantastic!

Nice to have

* Experience working with educational platforms (LMS, online courses, e-learning).
* Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end development workflows.
* Familiarity with gamification, personalization, or learning analytics in design.
