• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions, focusing on protecting the user journey and enhancing user experience.
• Take a user-centric design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
• Utilize an omni-channel approach to design, understanding the importance of a cohesive user experience across different devices and with different products.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user-experience across all channels.
• Evaluate user feedback and activity and iterate to enhance the user experience.
• Apply strategic thinking to design and deliver innovative end-to-end user experiences that optimize among user needs, business goals, and technological realities across web & mobile platforms.
• Incorporate a keen understanding of merchandising principles into design strategies, ensuring that layout and product placement are optimized for sales conversions. Including the post-purchase experience.
• Develop and maintain style guides & component libraries, etc.

 You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have a bachelor’s degree in design, CS, or relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
• Have proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio of design projects, eCommerce background is a plus.
• Are proficiency in standard UX software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, UXPin, Framer, and the like is a must. Basic React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
• Possess the ability to work with internal clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
• Have extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
• Possess a solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, site-mapping, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
• Are passionate about resolving user pain points through great design and are open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
• Can create and maintain a Design System.
• Can follow a Data Driven Design approach using platforms such as Hotjar, GA and user studies a plus.
