About the Role

As a UI/UX Designer, you will create seamless, user-friendly digital experiences. You will be responsible for designing intuitive interfaces, conducting research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance usability and aesthetics. Your role will bridge the gap between user needs and business goals, ensuring our products are both functional and visually engaging.

What That Means Day-to-Day
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to produce high-fidelity mockups from basic wireframes
• Convert briefs into appealing, highly usable interfaces
• Present high-fidelity mockups for review/iteration/approval
• Develop understanding of the end users through primary and secondary research (e.g., interviews, traffic data)
• Utilize customer data and research to make informed design decisions
• Design with user needs, customer personas, and brand protocols in mind
• Own and maintain style libraries to ensure product cohesiveness
• Build and maintain complex components within style libraries
• Provide feedback on software requirements based on accessibility and best practices
• Stay up to date with UI design trends and related technologies

What You’ll Need to Be Successful
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design
• Strong portfolio showcasing nested components, live prototyping, and cohesive design
• Experience with Figma, Miro, Maze, and/or other prototyping tools
• Experience building and maintaining style libraries and complex components
• Familiarity with Google’s Material Design system
• Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and communication skills
