We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer with an eye for visual precision and a commitment to pixel-perfect execution. In this role, you will help shape the user experience for our web and mobile platforms, maintaining a consistent look and feel across our entire product line.

The ideal candidate brings a research-driven approach, performing competitive analysis and studying user behaviour to drive informed design decisions. Responsibilities include translating these insights and requirements into clean, functional layouts and interactive prototypes, while collaborating with Engineering teams to verify technical feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform competitive research and analyse user behaviour to drive informed design decisions across all product lines.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with product objectives and user needs.
• Create and maintain high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate transitions, logic, and user journeys to stakeholders and engineers.
• Proactively identify and troubleshoot UX problems through user feedback and technical analysis to improve overall product usability.
• Partner closely with Engineering teams to confirm technical feasibility and provide clear, organized design handoffs for efficient implementation.
• Deliver polished graphic elements and manage the internal design system with a commitment to pixel-perfect execution and visual precision.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance product aesthetics and usability.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio demonstrating work across both web and mobile platforms.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, with a strong grasp of platform-specific design patterns.
• Meticulous approach to typography, spacing, and colour consistency, with a track record of maintaining organized design libraries.
• Solid knowledge of accessibility standards and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Strong team spirit and communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, combined with excellent time-management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

Nice to Have

• Gaming-industry experience.
• Experience with motion graphics and creating micro-interactions.
• Awareness of agile principles.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience in App Store management, including updating listings and ensuring visibility.
