We are seeking a skilled User Experience Designer team.  This position is fully remote, but candidates must be on Eastern or Central time zones.  Candidates must be able to provide portfolios.

Must have:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing and implementing user research plans and, subsequently, synthesizing results into UX artifacts like personas, design recommendations, and wireframes
• 2+ years of hands-on experience designing user interfaces for digital product, including experience with designing UI concepts, user flows, wireframes, and specifications.
• 2+ years of experience working with agile product development teams
• Experience applying user research to your designs and the ability to explain design choices
• Deep understanding of UI and UX design best practices and demonstrated ability to apply them to designs.
• Experience gathering and writing UX requirements as user stories
• Experience with Sketch
• Understanding of User Centered Design
• Proactive, leadership-oriented mindset to problem-solving
• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to obtain public trust clearance

Nice to Have

• Experience designing in the federal government space
• Familiarity with the US Web Design Standards
• Experience working with Pega’s Cosmos design system or other design systems, including writing guidelines on usage of Design System components and patterns
