What You’ll Do:

We are seeking a passionate and creative User Experience Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a knack for creating intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences. You will implement and maintain digital technologies that support the organizations goals. Align our digital roadmap to support our customer’s digital strategies and create further value for the company. This role is a creative minded individual with the ability to organize projects, meet deadlines, and drive traffic to web properties.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • User Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
  • Analyze data and feedback to inform design decisions and improvements.
  • Interaction Design:
  • Create interactive and visually engaging interfaces that prioritize user experience and ease of use.
  • Design and refine user flows, navigation, and interactions to optimize usability.
  • Visual Design:
  • Develop visually appealing and consistent design elements, including icons, graphics, and layouts.
  • Collaborate with the design team to maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Prototyping and Testing:
  • Build prototypes for user testing and feedback.
  • Conduct usability testing to validate design choices and iterate based on results.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure a seamless design-to-implementation process.
  • Provide and solicit constructive feedback to improve overall design quality.

Work Experience

What You’ll Need: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Experience working with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of UX/UI design projects.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
