We value innovation, customer-centricity, and a strong digital presence. We’re seeking a talented User Experience Designer to help enhance our customers’ online and offline experience.
Your role
As our business continues to grow rapidly across Canada, so does our need to continuously provide an excellent experience for new and existing customers. That’s why we’re looking to add a User Experience Designer to the team. We sweat the small stuff so that our customers don’t have to. That’s why we’re looking for someone with incredible attention to detail to ensure we provide customers with the most seamless, hassle-free experiences possible.
As a User Experience Designer, you will be at the forefront of shaping our customers’ online and offline journey. Your responsibilities
You’ll work within Square One’s marketing department and collaborate with other departments across the organization. As such, you have many important responsibilities, including:

- Reviewing Square One’s in-house policy management system – used by internal team members – and proposing optimizations.
- Leading the user experience design process for our website and mobile app, ensuring all user interactions are seamless and effective.
- Conducting user research and analyzing data to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviours specific to the Canadian insurance industry.
