Compensation Range: $50 – 55 per hour

We are seeking a talented UX Designer 4 with a strong background in Figma to join our client’s team on a remote contract basis!

In this role, you will be responsible for transforming these designs into high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring they align with project requirements and meet the needs of our users. The ideal candidate will excel at creating high-fidelity wireframes, developing prototypes, and utilizing Figma to craft low to mid-fidelity designs for usability testing.

Responsibilities:

• Elevate design concepts to high-fidelity interfaces using the Fluent UI design system in Figma, preparing them for testing.
• Create and manage a reusable component library in Figma to maintain design consistency across projects.
• Align design efforts with project requirements to develop user-centric solutions.
• Build interactive Figma prototypes for usability testing, incorporating advanced interaction design.
• Quickly update and iterate on designs based on feedback from UX test sessions, team reviews, and other feedback forums.
• Efficiently prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced
• Minimum of 6 years of experience with Figma.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience working with Design Library Components (Fluent UI preferred, but other design systems are acceptable).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience creating prototypes in Figma.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, with excellent time management skills.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
