About the Role

Our client is looking for an Intermediate UX Designer to support a growing Experience Design team and help shape intuitive, user centered digital experiences.

You will work closely with product owners, engineers, and fellow designers to develop high quality solutions across web and mobile.

This role is remote, with 1-2 days onsite per quarter.
You must live in Ontario.
The rate range is $45-50 per hour, T4.

Responsibilities
• Design best-in-class digital experiences across platforms and devices
• Create concepts, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Collaborate with UX writers, designers, and researchers to refine solutions
• Conduct usability and concept testing to validate design decisions
• Use research and data to inform design direction
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices
• Work within agile teams to ensure accurate implementation
• Support measurement of UX performance metrics

Qualifications
• 2-5 years of UX or digital product design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing case studies and end to end design work
• Experience with usability testing and user research
• Proficiency in Figma, Jira, and modern design tools
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards (AODA/WCAG), and inclusive design
• Experience working in agile environments
