UX Designer
Responsibilities:
Create effective, user friendly and visually appealing interfaces. Design the overall functionality of the product in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing. Design user interfaces

Criterion Maximum Rating
- 30 Points: Experience in leading the design of complex digital services from concept to production
- 30 Points: Portfolio of recent work demonstrating UI/UX expertise in designing complex online services
- 40 Points:
- Expert knowledge of information architecture and interaction design, user-centered design processes, user experience principles
- Demonstrated experience developing key design deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, clickable prototypes, presentations and reports
- Experience in conducting research, user research, usability testing
- Experience in designing online services to be accessible by default
- Proficient with design and prototyping software, digital collaboration and web conferencing tools
Must haves:
- 3+ years as UX designer
- Portfolio of recent work demonstrating UI/UX expertise in designing complex online services
- Demonstrated experience developing key design deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, clickable prototypes, presentations and reports
