We are seeking a talented UX Designer- Ecommerce Optimization and Expansion to join our team at Jonathan Y. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience design, with a focus on enhancing online shopping experiences and driving conversion rates. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that improve customer satisfaction and engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights.
• Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketers to ensure cohesive design strategies.
• Analyze user behavior data to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain UX guidelines and best practices.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Optimize website navigation, layout, and functionality for better user experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UX design for e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma).
• Strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce design projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile design principles.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.

The starting salary for this position is $60,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay may include market, skills, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
