- Using business requirements, research insights, customer behaviors, and technical feedback to develop scenarios, use cases and customer journeys
- Working through the iterative design process while applying empathy design tactics and practices to all work
- Directing and collaborating with IT partners to see designs from prototype to implementation
- Rapid prototyping of interfaces and experiences to define feature definitions
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Expert knowledge of designing thinking principles & common UX practices
- Demonstrate proficiency within Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools
- Ability to prototype in Figma and other prototyping tools
- Understanding of iOS Human Interface, Material UI design, and Atomic design guidelines and principles
- Strong ability to communicate designs and ideas to product managers and IT partners
- Strong collaboration & communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and contribute to think-out loud design sessions
- Capable of understanding and leveraging user testing findings & user data to lead design recommendations/improvements
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Degree in human interaction, interaction design, visual design, or 2 years UX design experience
- 1 years designing web applications for both web and mobile app
- Experience in creating and supporting design systems
