• Designing user experiences that meet the needs of our customers’ sites and applications
• Understanding the requirements of other stakeholders (e.g. end users, developers, brand managers)
• Communicating with stakeholders (e.g. product managers, developers, and customers) to ensure user experience goals are met
• Communicating with other departments (e.g. marketing, sales, and customer service) to ensure user experience goals are achieved
• Identifying customer pain points and developing solutions that leverage our expertise in user experience design
• Conducting user studies to collect data on customer pain points and emerging technologies
• Designing user flows and interfaces using wireframes and prototypes
• Developing intuitive and engaging user experiences that leverage existing systems or integrate new systems into existing systems
• Building out new user experience features using React or AngularJS; also other front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Material UI
• Testing user experiences using automated testing tools such as Selenium or WebDriver
• Communicating with other departments (e.g. marketing, sales, and customer service) to ensure user experience goals are achieved
