• Information architecture: Design intuitive and effective information architectures and navigation systems to enhance the usability of digital products.
• Wireframing and prototyping: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mock-ups to illustrate and communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and visual designers to ensure a seamless integration of design solutions into the development process.
• Conduct usability testing: Plan and execute usability testing sessions to validate design decisions, gather feedback, and iterate on design solutions.

•  Stay updated with industry trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design, and apply them to enhance the overall user experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelour or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field.
• Proven experience (3 years) as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with product managers, engineers, and visual designers.
• Proficiency in user research methods, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with front-end development principles and technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
