In this role, you will:  

• Lead the design process from concept to execution, including wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gain insights into user behavior and preferences.
• Develop user personas, flows, and journey maps to inform design decisions and enhance the user experience.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using industry-standard design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and requirements.
• Iterate designs based on feedback, usability testing results, and data analytics to continuously improve the user experience.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging UX/UI design technologies.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team.

Who you are:  

•  Experience with UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Adaptability, communication, collaboration, and teamwork
• Problem-solving & design thinking
• A user-centric mindset
• Attention to detail
• Creative and analytical approach
• Understanding of interaction design principles
• Knowledge of industry tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, Zeplin, and OmniGraffle
• Knowledge of SaaS/PaaS & Content Management Solutions
• Emerging interactions, i.e., voice interfaces
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in agile/scrum methodologies
