Sr. UX/UI Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in end-to-end screen design ready for development, creating high-fidelity Figma prototypes, and executing UX design processes including wireframing, user journeys, and user flows.

Responsibilities:

– Create mobile-first high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
– Develop wireframes, user journeys, and user flows.
– Design end-to-end screens ready for development.
– Collaborate with development teams for accurate implementation.
– Iterate on design solutions based on feedback and insights.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio.
– Proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, libraries, and design systems.
– Strong understanding of UX design principles and methodologies.
– Experience in creating wireframes, user journeys, and user flows.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills with development teams.
– A keen eye for detail and user-centered design.
– Good understanding and incorporation of accessibility standards.

Preferred:

– Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
– Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
