• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with project goals.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Advocate for the end user and ensure that all design decisions are user-centered.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with design systems and creating consistent design solutions.
• Understanding of accessibility principles and guidelines.
• Knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing.
