A Day in the Life: What you’ll do
- Refine web design system components for top-tier quality and accessibility, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new components, fostering innovation and aligning design with industry trends.
- Lead the ongoing evolution of our web design system by staying current with design trends, experimenting with patterns, and incorporating user feedback.
- Create detailed documentation for components, guidelines, and best practices, empowering the team and facilitating a collaborative design process.
- Support fellow designers in leveraging the design system. Advocate for systems design, emphasizing consistency and user-centricity in all design initiatives.
- 3+ years of experience in product design or user experience design, with a focus on responsive web and design systems.
- Proven skills in all of the following: Design Systems, Responsive Design, User Centered Design Methodologies, and Digital Accessibility.
- A portfolio demonstrating your end-to-end design process that showcases your ability to create cohesive, accessible, and systematic solutions.
- Solid technical proficiency in Figma and ability to componentize UI elements for reusability.
- BA / BS degree UX/UI design, UCD, HCI, or related field of study, or equivalent experience.

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $117,500 – $154,200 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy: HybridIn-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
