While Daryna took her side project from an idea to a fast-growing startup at YCombinator and beyond, Robleh founded Tiny Hearts, an award-winning app studio based in Toronto that was acquired by Shopify, and still continues to build and ship side projects while managing product at Shopify during the 9to5 Learn how you can identify the right idea to pursue and build for their 5to9.
Daryna is a Co-Founder at OpenPhone (YC S18). She's on the mission to build the world's best calling and messaging app for professionals and businesses. Previously, she was a Product Manager at Vidyard where she launched and grew Vidyard GoVideo. Prior to that, she prototyped and incubated new technologies at Deloitte’s Digital Innovation Lab. In July 2014 she founded Product Hunt Toronto, one of the largest product events in the city and the very first Product Hunt community-run meetup in the world. Daryna enjoys creating beautiful products and amazing customer experiences. In her free time, she loves exploring new hiking trails.
