Hilary Hayes is a Senior Design Researcher at Connected, where she creates compelling, contextual voice experiences for ambitious companies. She leads research into conversation design, establishing best practices within the emerging fields of voice design and augmented reality. Hilary is also a Course Content Creator and UX Design Educator for BrainStation in Toronto. When she’s not designing, Hilary writes about research processes and her thoughts on the future, reviews skincare products, and trains as an amateur powerlifter. Hilary is a graduate of OCAD University, where she studied Wearable Technology and Industrial Design.
