Webflow's first ever Design Team retreat was supposed to take place in New Orleans in early April. But plans change, and as an established remote team across US and European time zones, we felt prepared to take on the challenge of a remote offsite. In the end, we had a great few days of laughs, learning, technical issues, and growing closer as a team. I'll share our wins, unexpected challenges, and tips for others planning remote offsites or workshops.
