With a background in medical studies and a passion for French Literature, Milena defied convention to craft a distinctive perspective in the world of Design. She is creative, curious, and thoughtful.In the professional arena, Milena has worn many hats, navigating the realms of healthcare, digital advertising, and management consulting. Today, she finds her stride leading design teams with authenticity, offering strategic insights, and advocating for human-centered design within the Federal Government of Canada.Milena holds a Master of Design from OCAD U in Strategic Foresight and Innovation. She draws inspiration from her travels where she is keenly observing human behaviour and culture. She cherishes life’s simple pleasures: the sea, the sun, and good food!
