Zachary Yorke
Staff UX Researcher, Google
COVID-19 has pushed more teams to work remotely. Bridging the distance highlights some of the science behind remote communication. This talk and discussion will show why video calls don’t feel quite the same as in-person conversations and explore how teams can not just get through work from home challenges, but deliberately reshape their team dynamics and grow into a better new normal.
Zack Yorke is a Staff UX Researcher at Google, where he’s worked on remote communication and collaboration products for the past 5 years.
