We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across web and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate has strongexpertiseinUX/UI Design, Sketch, and user-centered design practices, with the ability to translate business requirements and user needs into effective design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design activities, from user research and requirements gathering to wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and final delivery.
  
  

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Sketch and other relevant design tools.
  
  

• Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, developers, and other teams to translate requirements into intuitive and practical user experiences.
  
  

• Apply user-centered design, usability principles, design thinking, and UX best practices to improve digital products and user journeys.
  
  

• Conduct design reviews, gather user and stakeholder feedback, and continuously refine designs based on insights and usability outcomes.
  
  

General Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, ora relateddiscipline.
  
  

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX, UX Design, or Product Design, with a strong portfolio of digital and web-based solutions.
  
  

• Proven experience working across the full UI/UX design lifecycle in enterprise or digital product environments.
  
  

• Strong communicationand collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
  
  

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience inUI/UX Design and UX Design, includinguser journeys, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping,andusability design.
  
  

• ProficiencyinSketchfor creating wireframes, prototypes, user interfaces, and design deliverables.
  
  

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, interaction design, visual design, and design systems.
  
  

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with web development concepts, HTML/CSS, responsive design, and understanding offrontenddevelopment constraints.
  
  

• Knowledge of Design Thinking methodologies and experience applying them to product or service design.
  
  

• Experience with other design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
