Lead Product Designer

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with the head of product and design to create user-centered designs for web and mobile app platforms.
• Craft experiences that meet changing legal requirements, delivering compliant yet delightful flows under tight timelines.
• Partner with the go-to-market team on the brand and website experience.
• Assist in user research, competitor audits, and testing sessions to identify insights and opportunities.
• Participate in design critiques, giving and receiving constructive feedback.

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years of product design experience.
• Experience designing for consumer-facing web and mobile applications.
• Strong UX thinking, visual design, and communication skills.
• A genuine passion for crypto, blockchain, and DeFi.
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools; experience with motion design tools such as Rive is a plus.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
