About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Lead/Principal UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will play a critical role in designing and improving the interaction and usability of our products, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. Your expertise in user-centered design principles will be crucial in bringing our digital solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with product management, engineering, and other key stakeholders to discover, define, design, and deliver world-class experiences for our users
  • Lead the design process from concept to final hand-off. Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions, making user-centered design decisions based on user research and analytics.
  • Create detailed, thorough, and innovative designs for web and mobile software products.
  • Advocate for the end-user throughout the project lifecycle, conducting user research and usability testing to refine and enhance the user experience.
  • Promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
  • Execute in a fast-paced, rapidly growing startup environment

What We’re Looking For: 

  • At least 6 years of experience in UI/UX design with a proven track record of top-notch design work
  • Experience with design thinking and user-centered design; can facilitate a design process end-to-end, keeping the user front and center.
  • Demonstrated experience & results designing web and mobile applications, from customer research & discovery all the way through product launch & iteration
  • Detail-oriented and thorough; comfortable with delivering precise, high-fidelity specs to engineering for development and then working with engineering through delivery
  • Expertise in Figma, with a good understanding of other design tools such as Zeplin, Photoshop, etc.

It’s a Plus if You Have… 

  • BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related experience preferred.

The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $195,000. This salary represents market data’s middle to the high end across different geographies. We consider several factors when determining compensation, including location, experience, and the role’s responsibilities. Salary/OTE is just one component of Qventus’ total rewards package.
