OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about making an impactful difference through design. This role will be focusing on user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design for both mobile and desktop platforms. This role involves a blend of creative and technical skills to design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user interaction and satisfaction.

This role is a full-time permanent position, located in Dallas, TX with a hybrid schedule of 4 days in office, with flexible hours. Very exciting opportunity to join a growing team working on innovative projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and refine user interfaces for a variety of digital products.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify design opportunities.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, copywriters, and product managers, to ensure designs are feasible and align with business goals.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
• Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility guidelines and provide an inclusive user experience.
• Will participate in User Research to support design efforts
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices.

• 7+ years of experience in product design or user experience design.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and initiate design-related improvements.
• Proficiency in design software like Figma, and skilled in prototyping and creating user flows.
• Experience with multiple platforms, including web and mobile applications.
• Strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail.
• User research experience
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards
