About This Talk
I've had a lot of conversations with my past managers about my career path. All of my growth opportunities seem to lead to management, but what if I don't want to transition into being a manager? I'm learning how to create my own path to growing as a designer and a leader.

I'm currently a senior product designer working at Bleacher Report. I lead our design system as well as our Betting and Revenue pillar. I've been a designer for the last 7 years. My favorite thing about my job is getting to collaborate with my team. I love different ideas coming together to make something better than I could think of on my own! I was born and raised in Oklahoma, now living in Oakland, CA.
