What I've Learned Carving my Path to Service Design

Linn is a leader in the service design space with almost 10 years of experience improving service delivery for organizations and their clients. She has worked with clients in the public and not for profit sector such as Toronto Public Library and the Ministry of the Attorney General, as well as private sector clients like Shoppers Drug Mart, Porter Airlines, and RBC Insurance.
