Expected behaviour
- Open discussion, debate, comments, and feedback.
- Self-promotion of your work — with mindfulness about frequency.
- Sharing articles, resources, events, and job opportunities.
Unacceptable behaviour
- Violent threats or language directed at another person.
- Discriminatory jokes and/or language.
- Sexually explicit or violent material.
- Posting confidential information without consent.
- Personal insults.
- Unwelcome sexual attention.
- Repeated harassment of others.
Chatham House Rule
Roundtables and many sessions run under the Chatham House Rule: participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed.
Reporting
If you experience or witness unacceptable behaviour, report it to support@designx.communitywith a description and screenshots where available. At in-person events, we’ll point out specific admins to reach during the event introductions.
Consequences
Membership in the Design Leadership community is a privilege, not a right. Admins may remove members who violate this code of conduct, without warning where necessary, to keep the room safe.
