About The Role
As a Creative Director at Mint, you are responsible for shaping and driving the creative vision across multiple accounts, teams, and business verticals. You lead work from initial insight through to execution, ensuring it delivers against strategic, brand, and business objectives while meeting the agency’s standard of creative excellence.
You are a key cross-functional partner to Strategy, Production, and Business Leadership—bringing clarity, cohesion, and ambition to every stage of the creative process. Beyond day-to-day output, you play a critical role in defining Mint’s creative future, elevating standards, and contributing to long-term innovation and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership
- Lead and inspire breakthrough creative across accounts, channels, and disciplines
- Translate strategic insights into compelling, effective creative solutions
- Uphold and continuously raise the bar for creative excellence across all work
- Ensure consistency and integrity of brand storytelling across touchpoints
Team Leadership & Talent Development
- Mentor and develop ACDs, senior creatives, and broader team members
- Provide clear direction, feedback, and support to elevate craft and thinking
- Contribute to hiring, team structuring, and long-term talent planning
- Foster a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and high performance
Client Partnership
- Build strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Lead presentations, pitches, and high-stakes creative conversations
- Articulate and defend creative work with confidence and clarity
- Ensure all creative output is grounded in measurable business impact
Operational & Strategic Contribution
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to optimize workflow and resourcing
- Contribute to agency planning, goal setting, and creative standards
- Support new business efforts through pitch leadership and concept development
- Help scale creative systems and processes as the agency grows
Agency & Industry Presence
- Act as a creative ambassador for Mint, internally and externally
- Contribute to thought leadership, industry participation, and awards initiatives
- Help shape and evolve Mint’s creative reputation and point of view
- Champion a culture that reflects the agency’s ambition, values, and craft

Pay range and compensation package: $160,000 to $170,000
