Come join the Tech 4 Intuit (t4i) team as a Design Research intern!

Design researchers at Intuit champion a culture of customer centricity. They’re focused on understanding the needs and motivations of our customers. They use qualitative and quantitative research methods to generate insights and craft compelling stories that drive innovation throughout the entire product experience.

Qualifications

  • You are naturally curious and thrive in the early stages of the design thinking process
  • You are always asking why and connecting the dots to solve a problem
  • You love to study and understand humans
  • You keep those around you honest about putting customer needs at the center of decision-making
  • You understand the value of hard data and don’t shy away from it
  • Absorbing and digesting a lot of information and simplifying it down comes naturally to you

  • If you also like to nerd out on data to support learnings through interviews and observations
  • Or have a creative side where you can’t help but apply your learnings and insights to idea generation or visual frameworks

Pay Transparency:

Atlanta: $41.13 – $43.87 / hour

New York: $47.15 – $53.88 / hour

Responsibilities

  • Partner with researchers, designers, and product managers to understand customer needs and problems
  • Setup and run interviews and/or user testing sessions
  • Generate learnings and insights that help teams make design and product decisions with greater conviction
