How you’ll make an impact

Gallagher Bassett (GB) is looking for a UI/UX designer to join our GBIT Application Development team.
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for developing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our web and mobile applications.

Job duties include:

  • Interacting with Business and understanding user needs
  • Transforming business needs to efficient design and user flows
  • Creating wireframes and prototype
  • Ability to Demo the prototypes to finalize the UI/UX requirements
  • Collaborating with Developers to achieve the best UI/UX design

May require the following proficiencies:

  • Working independently with general supervision.
  • Being Creative
  • Potentially influencing others within the function through explanation of facts, policies and practices.

About You

Required:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and prior experience in the UI/UX design.

Preferred:

  • Communication and stakeholder management
  • Capacity management and prioritization
  • IT processes and systems
