Over the course of 17 years, David honed his craft while working in Germany, Calgary, and Toronto, gaining extensive experience at top global agencies like Critical Mass, SapientNitro, and GALE. He helped brands like Vodafone, BMW, BMO, Allstate, Sodastream, The Toronto Star, and Target frame a better brand story through digital with their customers. Between agency tenure, he led the User Experience practice at Sun Life focused on growing share of wallet of prospective and existing customers across site, mobile and app suite. His areas of expertise include: designing large scale content and commerce destinations, conceptualizing experiential creative, and delivering measured cross-channel experiences. In his role as Director of Experience Design at Publicis Toronto, David heads up a multidisciplinary team of creatives focused on digital platforms working on brands like FCA Canada and OLG.
