Vuokko is a design leader experienced in building disruptive consumer technology. She is currently Chief Design Officer at Monzo, the UK's largest digital bank with 16 million customers, voted The Marketing Society Brand of the Year in 2024, with a mission to make money work for everyone. Her current focus is on Monzo's international expansion and continuing to create industry-shifting products that people love. From Monzo's early stage startup days 9 years ago to the scaled-up company that's still growing today, she has driven Monzo's vision and execution across both product and brand, building the business into a household name. On top of leading Design, Vuokko currently leads one of Monzo's strategic product bets. She holds Master's degrees in Economics and in Design.
